Things You Will Need…
- Bobby Pins
- Elastic Bands
- Hair Clips
- Hair Spray
- Dry Shampoo
- Heat Protectant Spray
- Hair Iron
- Custom-Made Flower Clips
Step 1. Prepare Hair
First, brush your hair and part it on the side you prefer. And then, spray the dry shampoo into your hair to add more volume.
Step 2. Twist The Front Section Of Hair
Proceed then to do the actual hairstyle: Take the front section of your hair, and then twist it together and pin it in place.
Step 3. The Double Halo Braid Headband
Grab another section of hair, and split it in half. Put the top half at the back and take the bottom half and braid it. Do the easy halo braid. Once the braid is done, lift it over your head, just like a headband, and then bobby pin it in place. Do the same thing on the other side of your hair, creating a double braided headband. Make sure to pin it in place.
Step 4. Do A Dutch Braid Behind Your Ear
Grab a small section behind your ear, and then start doing a dutch braid (instead of braiding on top of the other, braid it underneath) refer to the video below for a more detailed and thorough instructions. Once done, tie it with an elastic band.
Grab another section of hair on the opposite side of your head, just a thin section, and then pin it together with your front section hair. And then set aside for later.
Step 5. Take A Section Of Hair And Twist It Into A Bun
Spray onto hair a heat protectant. Curl the sections of hair that weren’t braided. You don’t have to curl it so much, just a simple curl will do. Once done, spray it with some hairspray. After that, take that little section of hair, and then twist it into a bun with an elastic band.
And then take the dutch braid and take it underneath and around the twisted bun. Pin it in place.
Step 6. Twist And Wrap
Take the section of hair that we pinned earlier, twist it and wrap around over the top of the twisted bun. Make sure to pin it in place.
Step 7. Curl The Front Section
Curl the front sections of your hair. You can leave it like this if you preferred it this way, or you can proceed to the next step.
Step 8. Add The Flower Pins
Pin back the curls using the custom made flower pins at the back of your head. Be generous of using the flower pins. You can also use other accessories, like jewel pin, or whichever you prefer. Once done, do the final touches, make sure everything is in place.
It may seem to have so many steps, but don’t you think it’s all worth it? Now, now. It’s not that hard to do, but a little effort doesn’t hurt. After all, it’s for your special day! Might as well do every effort you have in store for this special occasion! The perfect hairstyle for your elegant wedding! How fitting it is!
